Who is Keane and Co Interiors?

The women behind Keane and Co Interiors.

The hardest blog posts are the ones to write that have anything to do with yourself. I do however value the importance of people putting a face to the name, and getting to know a little bit about the person they will be working with.

So without boring everyone too much let’s do a quick 10 things about me.

1/ I am born and raised in Sydney, Australia, I would love to move to a different state or country but my beautiful husband has vetoed that idea for now.

2/ I talk alot! And to anyone……. it’s good in lots of cases but for some people, I’m sure, they just find it annoying.

3/ I am a Sagittarius and I fit the brief!

4/ I adore mixing styles to create homes that represent my client’s personalities, needs and lifestyles.

5/ I have an addiction to buying pieces of second-hand furniture that I 100% don’t need.

6/ I am Rug OBSESSED! The more rugs the better! Colours, wool, natural, striped, layered, flatweave. I love them all.

7/ I finished school and started a Fine Arts degree in Uni. I loved working in Sculpture.

8/ I studied Interior Design at the Enmore Design School. And when I finished I really wasn’t sure if it was the right path for me.

9/ I want to help transform women’s wardrobes like I transform homes. Creating wardrobes they love, that make them feel beautiful and themselves.

10/ If someone asked me to give up chocolate or coffee forever, coffee would be gone in a second!

So there you go, a little bit of useless information about myself. I hope that helps give you an idea of what type of person I am to work with and the values I hold dear as I approach my work with new and old clients.
